For rewarding the Premier League players who make stunning performances in 2016/17 season, FIFA 17 Premier League TOTS will be released into FIFA packs at the beginning of May. Who have been the best players so far in the Premier League this season? Which Premier League stars are highly qualified to make the team of the season so far? Here is our FIFA 17 Team Of The Season Predictions for Premier League.
FIFA 17 EPL TOTS Predictions
FIFA 17 Premier League Team Of The Season Starting XI Predictions
GK: David De Gea (Mchester United / Spain) - 94
De Gea is one of the best keepers in all the entire world and he has continued his fine form in the nets for United, achieving 10 clean sheets in 26 Premier League appearances. The 26-year-old is enjoying another fine season and flashed all of his talent in the FA Cup match against Chelsea.
RB: Kyle Walker (Tottenham / England) - 89
Walker has started all but one of Tottenham's top-flight fixtures this season and is a key cog in Pochettino's defensive unit. The England international has made impressive strides defensively in recent years but his attacking output is still the right-back's greatest strength. He has created 1.5 chances per game this season, resulting in four assists thus far.
CB: Gareth Mcauley (West Brom / Northern Ireland) - 82
McAuley has played a key role in Albion's success so far this campaign, playing every minute of every game. He is also the club's joint-leading scorer along with striker Salomon Rondon after netting his seventh goal. Seven goals from a 37-year-old defender. How hard it is but that wasn’t in the fast-paced Premier League. He’s been so consistent the club obviously think he can keep on doing it because they’re giving him a new deal. You wouldn’t put it past him carrying on for longer.
LB: Danny Rose (Tottenham / England) - 86
Danny Rose was in superb form for Spurs in the dominant 4-1 reverse fixture in December, putting in one of what has been a picture-book full of pin-up performances this season, full of attacking threat and defensive steel. The 26-year-old full-back has been a shining light for the north London club this season with a return of two goals and four assists from 21 matches in all competitions this season.
RM: Sadio Mane (Liverpool / Senegal) - 92
The Senegal winger, who is the Reds’ top scorer with scoring 12 goals and assisting six in 25 top-flight appearances for the Reds. has proved a massive hit and hit the ground running at Anfield since his £30million move from Southampton last summer. To put those numbers into perspective, Mane’s 12 goals are second best among midfielders and his seven assists are 12th best. Mane has also registered 41 key passes (14th among midfielders) and 61 successful take ons (6th among midfielders).
CM: N'Golo Kante (Chelsea / France) - 92
Kante has been a key man for Antonio Conte's league-leading side since joining the Blues from Leicester for around £30 million last summer, and scored the goal that eliminated Manchester United in the FA Cup quarterfinals last week. The Frenchman's work-rate is ridiculously high, so much so that you often wonder if there is actually just the one of him on the pitch.
CAM: Dele Alli (Tottenham / England) - 92
Dele Alli does not even turn 21 for another three weeks but he is already taking a senior leadership role in this Spurs side. On Sunday he scored his 15th Premier League goal of a remarkable season, playing almost as a centre-forward for Mauricio Pochettino’s team. At just 20, Alli has already won 15 caps and is tipped to be a mainstay of the side for years to come.
LW: Eden Hazard (Chelsea / Belgium) - 97
Hazard has enjoyed a revival in form this season, chipping in with 11 league goals to help propel Chelsea to the top of the league. Hazard's consistent performances have made him one of the players of the 2016/17 Premier League season, in which Conte's team is expected to win the title.
ST: Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal / Chile) - 95
Completing the line-up - and second only to Hazard in the overall ratings - Sanchez has enjoyed a sensational season for Arsenal to date. His goal against Bournemouth last time out meant the Chile international became the first player to have a direct hand in 20 Premier League goals this season (13 goals, seven assists), ranking sixth for shots per game (3.4) and fourth for chances created (2.7).
ST: Harry Kane (Tottenham / England) - 95
Kane currently has 19 Premier League goals, and looked to be well on his way to claiming the golden boot, before an ankle injury sidelined him. Harry Kane has established himself as England’s top striker and, at the age of 23, quite literally has the world at his feet. The Chingford-born hit-man has scored 68 Premier League goals from just 108 appearances for Tottenham.
ST: Romelu Lukaku (Everton / Belgium) - 93
The Belgium international's double in Everton’s 4-0 defeat of Hull City took him to 21 goals for the season, making him the first Everton player to reach 20-plus league goals in a single campaign since Gary Lineker in 1985-86 (30 goals). Lukaku is now the fourth player in Premier League history to score 80-plus goals in the competition before turning 24 years old.
